Listening to the classic Dale Carnegie book, “How to Win Friends and Influence People” on audible. This is my second time listening to its entirety because I was forgetting many of the lessons it provided me. One quote that stood out is in reference to fears and it reads as follows: “All men have fears, but the brave put down their fears and go forward, sometimes to death, but always to victory.“ Sometimes I feel that I’m incapable of facing my fears but I know I won’t be happy unless I do face them.
