Ups and Downs

Been on a little rollercoaster ride of emotions recently. Woke up a few days ago feeling really anxious. Grateful for one of my mates giving me some sound advice. He wrote to me the following: "And I want you to know that its okay to feel what youre feeling too. Its ok to feel down and sad and just let it hit you so you can let it out." This is exactly what I need(ed). A reminder that it is absolutely ok to go through emotions. Wanted to share that with you as well in hopes it helps you similarly to how it helped me.
