Mindful Parenting

Since becoming a father, I've noticed that I worry a lot more than I have done in a long time. 

Before bed I catch thoughts about my daughters safety running through my head. While it is normal to be protective of my daughter some of my thoughts are far out--sometimes keeping me up.

I'm grateful to my mindfulness practice for helping me to escape these thoughts when I catch them--allowing me to get some much needed rest instead of staying up and worrying.
