Weight Loss Update October 2021

The past few months have been a wild ride in my attempts to lose weight. I say that my goal is to be healthy and I think I am but I'm not seeing the results on the scale. 

As far as fitness is concerned, I feel good when I'm in a hot yoga class, I feel good when I run three miles, but I don't feel good when I look in the mirror. Kiho tells me to not worry about my weight and that it's hard to lose the belly fat. It's just something that I've never experienced before--carrying this much weight for this long a time. 

Something I believe plays a big part is my diet. Since having a daughter I find myself snacking all the time--stuffing my face with food while my daughter is sleeping or resting. 
 

I'm going to try something new. I'm going to do something radical. Only eat when I'm hungry. 

I know a six pack is built in the kitchen and I need to change how I interact with my food if I want my abs back. This is just a personal preference for the abs but it's one I want to accomplish.
